Returns

Everything here is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer — your piece gets printed once you order it. That keeps waste down, and it shapes how returns work.

If it shows up damaged, defective, or misprinted

We'll replace it, free. Get in touch within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. Don't ship anything back unless we ask you to.

If it doesn't fit, or you changed your mind

We can't take it back. Each piece is printed for you specifically, so there's no restocking it. Check the size guide on the product page before you order — and if you're between sizes or unsure, ask us first. We'd rather spend two minutes helping you pick than have you stuck with something that doesn't fit.

If it never arrives

Tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll track it down. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or it went unclaimed, we can send it out again — shipping's on you that time.
